Jack Simon Vineyards is a Southern California wine estate producing Rhone and Iberian varietals. The vineyard sits high in the foothills of Palomar Mountain with an ocean view 30 miles to the west of the San Diego coastline. The vineyard terroir consists of decomposed granite, plenty of sunshine and cool ocean breezes blowing unobstructed through the coastal valleys to our unique location. Warm days and cool nights, plus well draining soils that retain warmth make for ideal wine grape cultivation.
