After the October 2007 Wildfires which destroyed the original avocado grove, they planted a vineyard of just under 4,000 vines. With south facing views, this 2.5 acre vineyard gets 200 days of Southern California direct sunshine. They are now at 12 tons of grapes harvested yearly, yielding ~ 24 barrels of wine.
